UpCodes is committed to providing the most up to date content for our users. We do this by keeping our codes current and continually expanding our database to incorporate new codebooks and jurisdictions.

To make sure we are focusing on our user’s needs, we prioritize our content roadmap based on requests. This article guides you on how to request a new codebook in UpCodes.

For Jurisdictions Currently Hosted in UpCodes

If you need a codebook for a jurisdiction that's already on our platform, you can make a request in the following ways:

1. Direct Link: You can request a new codebook via this request form. After clicking the link, simply fill out the form with the required information. Share this link with anyone else in your organization who may need to request a new codebook.

2. Within the Product: When you're searching for a codebook within a jurisdiction, use the search bar to find it. Click the "Make a Request" button that shows up if no results show up, and fill in the form to send us a request.

For Jurisdictions Not Currently Hosted in UpCodes

If your local jurisdiction isn't hosted on UpCodes, you can make a request to add that jurisdiction. We host all 50 US states and are constantly adding more local jurisdictions to our database. To make a request,, send an email to support@up.codes

To expedite the process, please include the following information in your email:

  • The state where the local jurisdiction is located

  • The name of the local jurisdiction

  • The specific codebooks (with corresponding years)
